Mariano Rivera retired from the New York Yankees recently. He has an impeccable personal character that is unmatched in this age of sometime criminal sports figure behavior. At 44 years of age and after 19 major league seasons, his career earned run average was 2.21. When Mariano arrived at the mound in the ninth inning he was announced as the closer. His job was to face and retire the last three batters. His job was to close the game.
I would like to use this context to present to you how we at BJ Carpet Care act as the "closer" and close the deal:
1. We like to close the deal on good service.
We believe that it takes effort to properly service and clean carpets, furniture, and draperies. When you choose BJ Carpet Care, you choose a company that will work hard to meet your needs and exceed your expectations.
2. We like to close the deal on reasonable service.
It won't take you long to realize that BJ Carpet Care provides you with reasonable service. We believe that it is imperative to return calls and messages in a reasonable manner, to schedule your servicing in a reasonable time frame, and to charge you a reasonable price.
3. We like to close the deal on honest and helpful service.
With BJ Carpet Care, you pay for what we clean. Like we discussed in last week's post, we do not operate our business using the bait and switch tactics prevalent in companies today. We have no hidden charges or fees. You can trust us to treat your carpet and upholstery needs just as we would treat our own.
We just like to thank the Lord for giving us so many good customers!
